Andrew Sinclair Day helped us grow from a small new startup partnership to a midsized limited company with £5-6 million in turnover. Andrew has been helpful and supportive throughout these years! He has consistently maintained a high service level, regardless of our business size or stage.  He understands our business inside-out and gives valuable advice at different stages. He shows great care and professionalism. I really enjoy working with Andrew! Mike joined Andrew Sinclair Day in recent years, who is also a very great accountant. He is experienced, knowledgeable and very efficient. On top of that, he has a good sense of humor, which makes him very fun to work with! He helped us with one HMRC enquiry, which demonstrated his experience and  strength in this area. If you have ever been randomly selected by HMRC for an enquiry, Mike is guaranteed to provide a high level of support from my experience. Love this company, originally met Sam Sinclair-Day and she did indeed make it all sound so easy - as a company we were using the Xero platform but we had some issues we couldn't resolve and Sam and the team took our Sterling accounts from us and have made it so easy for e and the accounts team. They have a great team that are really helpful, we feel we can always pick up the phone and queries are sorted!

Sinclair Day have been acting as my account for just under two years now, and I’ve been delighted with the service I’ve received and the way they have helped me to develop my business.

Sinclair Day prepare and file my Self Assessment tax returns, have guided me through the process of becoming VAT registered and also handle my VAT returns, freeing up so much of my valuable time to concentrate on running my business.

I’ve tried other cloud-based accounting software in the past, but have found the Xero and Receipt Bank software provided by Sinclair Day easily the best. Xero is incredibly easy to use while still being packed with features, and it’s reassuring to know that I can contact the team at Sinclair Day and get a speedy response if I am unsure about anything.

I think their easy to understand package prices offer great value for money, and it’s easy to add new services as my business grows.

The whole team are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and are also clearly passionate about providing the best service possible to their clients – nothing is ever too much trouble. My brother and I recently launched a new business providing serviced and virtual office services in the heart of Worcester which involved a property purchase and some rather tricky postings to properly account for it.

We've been users and fans of Xero since its launch and have our own bookkeepers, but needed some expert advice and support on how to account for these types of transactions in Xero.

We met with Sam at Sinclair Day who specialises in Xero Accounts and she was quickly able to convince us that they were in a great position to support us moving forward and could make sure that we accounted for things properly.

Their pay monthly packages are easy to understand and great value and cover everything from basic compliance through to much more complex processes and payroll, which we soon needed help with too.

Highly recommend these guys for their accounting and Xero knowledge, very friendly and supportive and great value too.
